During National Volunteer Week 2025, which will take place from April 27 to May 3, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our 150 volunteers who help CFA Montréal shine.
For the past 75 years, just imagine the number of initiatives that have been carried out thanks to these dedicated men and women. They share a common passion for our profession, a desire to make a real difference in the community, and an extraordinary generosity.
Their commitment is essential to the vitality of our community. Some work quietly behind the scenes, providing equally important support. Others are out in the field, directly contributing to our members’ professional development or raising awareness about the CFA Program among the next generation.
Volunteers have a tremendous impact on achieving our goals and extending our reach. In this newsletter dedicated to volunteering, we’re highlighting some of them to showcase the diversity and richness of their commitment, as well as what drives them.
Since the beginning of my own involvement with CFA Montréal, I’ve been deeply impressed by the work and time invested by these dedicated individuals. Their passion for our industry and their pride in our association always come first. Having had the privilege of working alongside them for several years now, I can say that what they accomplish is simply remarkable. I’m also struck by the strong bonds that have formed over the years within our association. It is truly an honor to serve as President of such a vibrant group whose energy and influence are widely recognized.
Thanks to their dedication, we’re able to deliver high-quality initiatives, support our members at every stage of their journey, and strengthen the impact of our association.
