CFA Montreal Mentorship Program
Propel your career forward!
Do you have between 5 and 15 years of experience under your belt? Looking to climb the corporate ladder, transition to another sector of the financial industry or start a business with a financial focus?
Have you considered tapping into the experience, knowledge, insight and support of a CFA Montréal mentor?
What the mentorship program entails
The CFA Montréal mentoring program offers a unique opportunity for career development and enrichment, both professionally and personally.
It pairs aspiring Montreal-based financial leaders who are CFA charterholders with seasoned industry professionals.
The careful pairing process is the reason behind the program’s success. Each profile is analyzed in detail to find the best possible mentor-mentee match and ensure a high level of compatibility.
The goal is to provide mentees with guidance from a trusted source, to help them develop new skills and to give them the tools to move forward along their career path.
Program structure
- Program length: 1 year, from January to December
- 2 training sessions with a specialized coach to maximize the experience through concrete tools and avenues for reflection
- 6 to 12 one-on-one meetings for each mentor-mentee dyad
