2023 Mentoring Program

The mentoring program has been in full swing since the start of the school year! The mentoring committee, made up of Alexander Comeau, CFA, Catherine Lévesque-Roussel, CFA and Philippe Masin, CFA, with the help of members of the twinning committee, were able to form 17 dyads, thanks to the participation of mentors who are very committed to the development of our next generation.

What contributes to the program's success is without doubt the care taken in the process of matching participants. A careful study of each profile identifies mentors and mentees who are highly compatible to form a successful dyad.

Another special feature of this tailor-made program is that the dyads receive support throughout the year. An initial workshop on the theme "How can we use our signature strengths to further our professional development and our mentoring relationship?", led by Johanne Thibeault, served as a starting point for mentees and mentors to structure their relationship.

"When mentor and mentee engage in a reflective process together, building on each other's strengths, they both flourish professionally."said Ms. Thibeault at the launch.

As the pandemic prevented the previous cohort from fully benefiting from this enriching experience, the mentors and mentees of the last two years had the pleasure of reuniting at a cocktail party on January 19.

CFA Montreal sincerely thanks all the volunteers involved in this program, which helps develop the careers of our industry's future leaders.
