Maya-Éloïse Croteau is responsible for Member and Candidate Services at CFA Montréal. Passionate about enhancing the client experience and optimizing processes, she leverages her expertise in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination to support members and candidates throughout their journey.
She holds a master’s degree in management (international business) from HEC Montréal and has built her experience within the public sector and organizations working in areas such as immigration, international recruitment, and support for the agricultural sector. These experiences have enabled her to assist diverse client groups, manage complex files, and collaborate with multiple institutional partners.
