Emmanuelle Provencher

Emmanuelle has been the Operations Support Coordinator since May 2026.

She provides customer service to members, candidates, and external stakeholders.

She is responsible for several administrative functions, including suppliers account management, and supports the Executive Director while contributing to the continuous improvement of the association’s processes.

In charge of the job posting service, she also assists with the logistical coordination of various activities, ensuring the smooth execution of operations.

Prior to joining CFA Montréal, Emmanuelle served as an Executive Assistant for more than two years, where she developed strong expertise in administrative support and organizational coordination.
