Call for nominations for the Board of Directors

BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2023-2024

To all our members,

CFA Montréal is currently calling for applications to fill the following positions the (3) positions that will be vacant on the Board of Directors as of the next Annual General Meeting. Interested in joining our Board of Directors? Here's what you need to know:

APPLICATION DEADLINE
  • Thursday, September 7, 2023 before 5:00 p.m.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
  • Be a CFA charter holder and member in good standing of CFA Montréal;
  • Have a minimum of 70 hours per year to devote to the activities of the Board of Directors (6 meetings / year) and related strategic committees (± 1 to 2 meetings / month);
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English;
  • Be available to participate in association events and contribute to the association's visibility within the Montreal financial ecosystem.

  • Attach a copy of your curriculum vitae to the nomination form, a copy of which can be obtained by clicking here. ICI
  • Nominations will be evaluated by the Nominating Committee, composed of our current President, Odrée Ducharme, CFA, Past President Carl Robert, CFA, and Vice President and Chair of the Governance Committee Sandy Poiré, CFA. 
  • Following the evaluation, the Nominating Committee will report its recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval. The final vote will take place at the Annual General Meeting on October 25, 2023.
