Who is this information session for?

• CFA charterholders who are members of CFA Montréal, have between 5 and 15 years of experience and wish to benefit from the support, knowledge and expertise of a mentor.
• Experienced professionals wishing to become mentors

What is the mentoring program offered by CFA Montréal?

Our mentoring program consists of pairing aspiring finance leaders in Montreal with seasoned industry professionals. It represents a unique opportunity for participants to fast-track their professional and personal growth.

What has contributed to its success over the past 15 years is the care taken in the process of matching participants. A careful study of each profile identifies mentors and mentees with a high level of compatibility to form a successful dyad. The objective? To enable mentees to obtain enlightening advice, develop new skills and move closer to their professional goals.

Attendees are under no obligation to take further action.
