I'm looking forward with great enthusiasm to the 2024-2025 season. In addition to programming rich in diversified content and the return of great classics such as&nbsp;<em>Outlook<\/em>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<em>Forecast Dinner<\/em>we will have the privilege of presenting&nbsp;<em>InvestPact Symposium<\/em>&nbsp;in November 2024, with net proceeds going to JA Qu\u00e9bec's programs, which aim to educate the next generation for a better future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This type of initiative reflects CFA Montr\u00e9al's commitment to promoting&nbsp;<strong>technical and ethical excellence&nbsp;<\/strong>in the investment management profession, from&nbsp;<strong>fostering a dynamic community<\/strong>and&nbsp;<strong>shaping the future of finance<\/strong>&nbsp;in Montreal and Quebec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is therefore with great pride that I unveil to you today the broad outlines of our 2024-2027 strategic plan. The result of deep reflection,&nbsp;<strong><em>Destination 2027<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;represents a roadmap that aligns with our core values of integrity, professionalism and continuous learning. It serves as a guiding framework to propel CFA Montreal forward, while taking into account the evolving landscape of the finance and investment industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Destination 2027<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;customizes 4 strategic objectives by establishing specific targets and actions based on the evolution of the Montreal market. I invite you to discover them in this&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfamontreal.org\/static\/uploaded\/Files\/CFA-Planifcation-Strategique_2024-27_FR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>summary<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;which sets out the areas we will explore over the next three years in a context of innovation, collaboration and commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a completely different note, I'm about to embark on the second year of my mandate, and I have to admit that the coming months will present several unique opportunities for our association.  In October, Montreal will host the SLC (<em>Society Leadership Conference<\/em>) organized by the CFA Institute.  This event will welcome senior executives from 160 CFA companies around the world.
