Hind Abdo, CFA, MBA, is the Founder and Senior Consultant at Facultas-Risk Consulting Inc., a boutique advisory firm specializing in risk management and sustainability for financial institutions. With over 19 years of experience, she has developed expertise in financial analysis across various sectors, including banking, as well as public and private investing. Hind also specializes in both financial and non-financial risk management, along with regulatory supervision of the banking sector, providing comprehensive oversight in areas such as credit risk, operational risk, and sustainability and climate risk.

In her previous senior roles notably at Desjardins and PSP Investments, Hind was responsible for implementing and overseeing robust risk management strategies while building and developing high-performing teams. She has spearheaded high-impact projects focused on climate risk and played a key role in evaluating the green and transition criteria for major investment projects, helping organizations align with their financial and sustainability goals.

Hind is deeply committed to non-profit governance and passionate about mentoring young professionals in finance. She is dedicated to advancing sustainable finance practices that drive organizational success while positively impacting the broader community.
