Caroline Soulas is the Director of Communications for CFA Montréal, a role she has held since November 2022. From 2016 to 2019, she served as CFA Montréal’s Executive Director. In the years between, she worked as a strategic consultant, following a shift in career focus.

Caroline is intimately familiar with the association landscape, having spent close to three decades in the field. Her strategic mindset is an invaluable asset in the advisory role she plays for CFA Montréal. She has represented the Society on numerous occasions at the national and international level, liaising with the CFA Institute and other prominent partners, and spearheaded a number of transformations aimed at strengthening the organization’s governance, performance and visibility within the industry.

Her experience also extends to media relations, strategic planning, business development, client experience, human resources and event management.

She previously served as the Director of Communications for the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec, from 1994 to 2015.

Caroline earned a degree in international trade in France.
