JESSICA YOUNES-FRAIBERGER, CFA
Jessica Younes-Fraiberger, CFA, is the head of investments of Bloomwest Capital, a private management and investment firm she co-founded in 2017. She has 20 years of experience working with various types of assets in the real estate, private equity and alternative investment sectors.
Prior to 2017, she was a senior research analyst for the consumer division of CIBC Global Asset Management’s International Equities team. Before that, in France, she spent eight years with Candriam, working in alternative asset management. She also served as a senior analyst and manager for the Event Driven fund, specializing in arbitrage positions on public mergers and acquisitions in the U.K. and U.S. Jessica began her career at Société Générale Investment Banking, where she was involved in institutional sales of structured products on the equity, fixed income and credit markets.
Jessica is a member of the CFA Montréal scholarship selection committee and an alumni ambassador for the Columbia Business School Admission Committee.
She draws on her passion for investing and entrepreneurship to serve as an angel investor for Quebec startups and is an advisor for a fintech global accelerator.
Jessica earned her MBA from the Columbia Business School in New York and her Master in Management degree from the ESSEC Business School in Paris.
