The Age of the American Presidency - Bob Woodward
Following the events of Brexit and the 2016 U.S. presidential elections, the investment industry has become all the more affected by geopolitical events. A thorough understanding of these issues is hence more important than ever. To that effect, we are pleased to welcome Bob Woodward, one of the greatest political journalists of our time, to share his insights with us.
Bob Woodward is an associate editor of The Washington Post, where he has worked since 1971. He has shared in two Pulitzer Prizes and has authored or coauthored a total of 19 books, all of which have been national non-fiction bestsellers. He has written books on nine of the most recent presidents, from Nixon to Trump. His latest book, Fear: Trump in the White House, sold more than 1.2 million copies in the United States in its first week and is the most detailed and penetrating portrait of a sitting president in the first years of an administration.
Seize this opportunity to catch his interview with Charles-Philippe David, one of Québec’s leading experts on U.S. politics and Full Professor at Université du Québec à Montréal.
